Azel 40 mg Capsule is used in the treatment of cancer of the prostate gland. It may be also used to treat other conditions, as determined by the doctor. Azel 40 mg Capsule should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time every day. It works by blocking the effects of male hormones such as testosterone. It often causes nausea and vomiting. However, it is important that you continue to receive the medicine, even if you begin to feel ill.
