Diapill tablet is a unique combination of Benfothiamine with Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxine, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Inositol. Diapill tablet is a vitamin combination use to treat or prevent beri-beri, diabetic neuropathy. It is an essential nutrient for development of the nervous system.Treatment with benfotiamine leads to increased intracellular thiamine diphosphate levels,a cofactor of transketolase.
